Check-in is possible from 2 pm.

Meals begin with our afternoon cake and snack on the day of your arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.

Check-out is possible until 10.30 am.

Special ARRIVAL

With an early check-in from 11 am you can take advantage of all-inclusive hotel services on the day of arrival, except breakfast for which there is a € 30.00 surcharge.

Would you like to have breakfast with us on the day of arrival? From 07:30 am the breakfast buffet is at your disposal for an additional charge of €60.00. This includes all-inclusive hotel services on the day of arrival. Prices per family (if possible, also with room use).

Special DEPARTURE

With the late check-out until 4 pm, you and your family can still use all-inclusive hotel services on the day of departure at an additional charge of  € 65.00.

Would you like to have dinner with us on the day of your departure? For an extra charge of € 95.00, our all-inclusive hotel services are available to you until 8 pm on the day of departure. Prices per family (if possible, also with room use)

Your arrival by car

We are about 2.5 hours from Munich and about 3 hours from Vienna. South Tyrol is also about 3 hours away and the Swiss border about 4 hours by car.

How to reach us:

From Munich: via Salzburg Tauernautobahn (A10) – exit Gmünd (2nd exit after the Katschberg tunnel) – 1st roundabout, 2nd exit – 2nd roundabout, 3rd exit towards Spittal/Drau – continue on this road for 3 kilometres, through the Trebesing area, past the first children’s hotel – then you will reach your holiday destination after 2 kilometres.

From Vienna: via the Südautobahn (A2) – from Villach junction towards Salzburg – exit Seeboden, turn right, over the bridge, right towards Gmünd – after 5 kilometres you will reach your holiday destination.
