In the evening, we spoil you and your family with a 3 to 4-course dinner menu with Carinthian and Italian delicacies conjured up by our hotel chef, Mario Brandstätter. Seasonal specialities such as wild garlic in spring, mushrooms and blueberries in summer, game in autumn and various types of cabbage in winter, plus regional desserts, have a fixed place on our dinner menus.
You can also choose daily from a selection of vegetarian dishes. Our mixed buffet, a barbecue evening, chocolate fountain, cheese board and a large selection of soups round off our gourmet indulgence programme. We are happy to take special food requests for allergy sufferers into account.
For our smaller guests
At the Hipp Buffet our baby guests will find a rich selection of follow-on and bottle food, bottled milk, milk and cocoa. Probiotic milk, yoghurt with cereals, pureed vegetables, fruit and meat, are freshly and gently prepared according to your instructions with the greatest care.
The drinks bar is open from 7 am to 10:30 pm. Here you can find non-alcoholic drinks from the drinks counter, with eight different soft drinks, fruit juices and two sugar-free fruit juices to quench your thirst. You can also enjoy our coffee specialities such as Latte Macchiato and Cappuccino, tea and cocoa.
Doris, the ‘Good Spirit’ of our hotel bakes fresh bread for you every morning, with a variety of delicious experiments on our buffet table for you to taste. Bon Appetit!
