The lake house is located in one of the most beautiful spots on Lake Millstatt. Here you will spend a wonderful holiday and you can dive into the crystal clear water of Lake Millstatt directly from the terrace in front of the living room.

Our romantic lake house is also fully equipped. And the Smiley Hotel is only 10 minutes away by car. During your stay we will provide you with the hotel package all-inclusive.

Naturally, you can also use our sauna area, the two indoor pools and the outdoor pool, our child minding service and the Smiley Hotel play worlds free of charge.

The laundry and hotel package includes bed linen for all beds in the lake house, hand towels, bath towels, tea towels and bathrobes on request.

Take advantage of the highlight of our lake house: If you wish, we will pick you up by motorboat directly at the jetty and drive you to Millstatt for shopping. Or we can take you for a spin across the lake and take you to the water skiing meeting point.

If you wish, we will deliver your meal to you by motorboat, alternatively you can book a private gala dinner on one of the islands in front of the lake house (advance booking only).

In winter you can jump directly from your private sauna made of Swiss stone pine wood into the lake to cool down. From the lake to the snow. Because there are five skiing areas in the immediate vicinity of the lake house.
